Meet the physical therapists and staff members at Pillar Kinetic.
Dr. Joseph White, PT DPT
Joe received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Brenau University.
Joe has worked in the medical field since 2007, getting his start as an EMT in Atlanta, Georgia. He then transitioning into fitness, founded and co-owned a local garage gym, and became a CrossFit trainer at CrossFit Lilburn 678.
When not treating patients, Joe enjoys reading, coffee, CrossFit, paddle boarding, hiking, canyoneering, and climbing.

Dr. Erica Wong, PT DPT
Erica completed her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Biology with a minor in Chicano/a studies at the University of California: Davis (Go Ags!). She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Brenau University.
Since 2007, Erica has worked in the rehabilitation and sports performance industry as a student athletic trainer in NCAA Division I Athletics, first responder, rehabilitation technician, personal trainer, and coach.
In her free time, Erica enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, and spending time in the great outdoors: paddle boarding, hiking, canyoneering, and climbing.

Dr. Minija Edgar, PT DPT, WCS
Minija received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont and completed a Women’s Health Physical Therapy Residency through BodyCentral Physical Therapy.
Minija specializes in pelvic health physical therapy for men and women, helping patients address pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, and hip and low back pain. She is a Pelvic and Women’s Health Certified Clinical Specialist (PWCS) with advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, oncologic rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, and dry needling for the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex.
In addition to patient care, Minija is passionate about educating clinicians, and presents nationally on pelvic health topics. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.
When not treating patients, Minija enjoys staying active, teaching yoga, and spending time outdoors.
