Physical therapy cost in Las Vegas

Paid directly, one visit at a time.

We are cash-based: you pay us directly at each visit, and we do not bill insurance, Medicare or Tricare. If you want to claim out-of-network reimbursement, ask us for a superbill. Many patients also pay with HSA or FSA funds. Questions about cost are welcome on the free 15-minute call.

What each visit involves

  • A physical therapist and a patient sitting face to face in a private consultation room, talking

    Initial Physical Therapy Evaluation

    60 minutes, one-on-one

One-on-one 60-minute assessment to pinpoint the root cause of pain or performance limits.

Your first visit is a full evaluation: your history, how the problem started, what you have already tried, and what you want to get back to. From there we build a plan.

  • A physical therapist working with her hands on a patient's back as he lies on the treatment table

    Follow-Up Physical Therapy Session

    One-on-one, with the same therapist

Progress your plan with targeted manual therapy and exercise progressions.

Every session after the first is one-on-one with the same therapist for the whole visit. You are never handed to an aide or left on a table while your therapist starts someone else.

Prices for both visits are confirmed on the free 15-minute call.

Both take place at our clinic at 7381 Prairie Falcon Rd, Ste 110, in northwest Las Vegas, near Summerlin.

Why we are cash-based

Insurance decides how many visits you get and which treatments are approved.

We are cash-based on purpose. Paying directly means your plan is built on what the problem needs instead.

  • Longer sessions
  • More hands-on time
  • Decisions made between you and your therapist

If what your insurance will cover is your main question, we are probably not the right clinic for you, and we would rather say so now than halfway through.

Do I need a referral in Nevada?

No.

Nevada lets you see a physical therapist without a referral from a doctor, so you can book with us directly. The American Physical Therapy Association lists Nevada among the states with unrestricted direct access.

Keep up any follow-ups your doctors have recommended, and if you plan to claim out-of-network reimbursement, check with your insurer first, as some plans ask for a referral before they pay.

Questions about paying

  • Do you take Medicare or Tricare?

No. We do not take Medicare or Tricare, and we do not bill other insurance either.

  • What is a superbill?

The itemized receipt your insurer needs for an out-of-network reimbursement claim. If you want to claim, ask us for one.

  • Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?

Many patients do. We can provide documentation for an HSA or FSA account, and for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • How long will I need to come in?

Most people are with us one to three months. You will usually notice less pain after the first visit and a real change after a few. The rest of the plan is the part that matters most, because that is where we work out what caused the problem, so you are not back here in six months with the same thing.

  • Is dry needling a separate appointment?

No. When dry needling is the right tool, it happens in the same session, with the same therapist who knows your case.
