What’s in a Name? Everything.

When we first opened in 2019, we started with the company name “White Wong PT”. At that time, we were new to Las Vegas, new to running a clinic, and still finding our identity. We started small, visiting local gyms, hosting free weekend workshops, and teaching people how to address pain on their own while teaching them to move with confidence. Over time, we became a “Pillar” in the Las Vegas fitness community, a trusted source for education, support, and movement-based care.

As we evolved, we realized helping people heal meant more than just fixing their pain. Many of our clients were sleeping too little, skipping meals, not warming up properly, and running on caffeine and stress. They weren’t broken, they were red-lining their lives until the check engine light came on in the form of pain.

This realization led us to pairing the newest treatment methods with the coaching the Five Pillars of Health: Sleep, Nutrition & Hydration, Movement, Stress Management, and Relationships.

When these foundations are supported, the body performs as a complete system, healing faster and establishing a stronger foundation for pain free movement going forward. We realized these Pillars must be integrated into the overall treatment strategy when someone’s body is healing to allow for the best possible results.

Then came the Kinetic. Derived from the Greek word kinesis, it means movement, the energy of life in motion. It represents our belief that movement is medicine, whether you’re recovering from injury, preparing for childbirth, or training for your next race.

Together, Pillar Kinetic represents both foundation and motion, the core of our treatment strategy.
