Orthopedic physical therapy in Las Vegas

People come to us with pain they have trained around for months, with an injury from last week, or with a surgery behind them or on the calendar.
What we treat, area by area
Each area has its own page if you want the detail.
Back
Low back and SI joint pain that keeps returning, often with hips and a trunk that are not sharing the load.
Neck
Headaches that start in the neck, and neck stiffness that gets worse after long screen sessions or driving.
Shoulder
Pain reaching overhead or lifting, from shoulder impingement to rotator cuff tears.
Hip
A pinch at the bottom of a squat, pain on the outside of the hip, or groin pain when you cut and sprint.
Knee
Pain around the kneecap, just below it or on the outside of the knee.
Foot and ankle
Heel pain on the first steps of the morning, Achilles pain, and ankles that keep rolling.
Arthritis and joint pain
Knee and hip arthritis, where the strength around the joint matters more than what the X-ray shows.

Goal-driven, in practice
Before anything else we ask what you want to get back to: lifting, running, or a full day of work without pain. Each part of the plan is built from that goal and from what we find, and we do not consider your case closed until you are back doing it.
Treating the cause, not only the symptom
We look for what is driving the pain, not only where it hurts. Hips that do not share the load, a trunk that cannot brace, or training that went up faster than you could adapt are common drivers, and a scan shows none of them. Manual therapy, dry needling and progressive strength work are all tools we use, in whatever mix the cause calls for.
Who comes in for it
Different starting points, the same first step: an evaluation of how you move and load.
- Lifters and CrossFit athletes whose training keeps getting interrupted
- Runners whose pain returns at the same mileage
- People who work at a desk and feel it in the neck or back by the end of the day
- Anyone with a surgery scheduled, or recently behind them
- People who rested as they were told and still hurt

What happens at the first visit
The first visit is a full hour with the therapist you will keep seeing. We go through how the problem started and what you have tried, check for the few problems that belong with a doctor, then assess how you move, how strong you are and how the painful area handles load.
By the end you know what we think is driving it, what the plan looks like, and what you can keep doing while it settles.
Book appointmentFrequently asked questions
Is every session one-on-one?
Yes. The same therapist stays with you for the whole visit, and you are never passed to an aide or left to do exercises on your own.
Can you see me if I have a surgery scheduled?
Yes. People come to us with a surgery scheduled or already behind them, and our prehab and post-surgical care cover both sides of the operation.
Do you take insurance?
No. We are cash-based, which lets us offer longer sessions and build the plan on what you need rather than on what insurance approves. Many patients use HSA or FSA accounts or seek partial reimbursement from their insurance.
How long will I need to come in?
For most people it is one to three months. The early visits bring the pain down, and the later ones work on what caused it, so the same problem does not keep returning.
