Dr. Andrew, physical therapist for lifters and athletes in Las Vegas

PT, DPTPhysical Therapist for Lifters, Athletes & Active Adults

“You don’t need a doc who tells you to stop squatting or lifting. You need one who knows how to get you weight lifting again.”

If you lift, train, or compete, you already know the problem with most rehab: it gets you out of pain and then stops, long before you can squat, press, or sprint the way you did before. Dr. Andrew is a physical therapist in Las Vegas who treats that gap, not just the injury.

He Knows What a Loaded Movement Should Look Like

Dr. Andrew's education started with athletic training and kinesiology, two Bachelor's degrees, and finished with his Doctor of Physical Therapy, all at UNLV. Since 2022 he has worked in outpatient orthopedics and vestibular rehabilitation, and over those same years he rebuilt his own body through powerlifting and CrossFit, losing 80 pounds in the process.

That combination matters. He doesn't just ask where it hurts. He watches how you squat, hinge, press, pull, and brace, finds where the movement breaks down under load, and fixes that, so you don't end up back in the clinic with the same problem six months later.

The Coach Who's Been Where You Are

In 2022, Dr. Andrew re-dedicated himself to fitness and lost 80 pounds. He knows what it feels like to start over, hit a plateau, and keep going anyway. That's why his patients get a plan built on real expectations, honest feedback, and a clear path back to training, not a generic handout.

Who He Works With

  • Lifters and CrossFit athletes

Lifters and CrossFit athletes stuck in a cycle of pain, modification, and "just rest it"

  • Rebuilding after surgery

Anyone rebuilding after surgery who wants to come back stronger than before the injury, with higher level goals

  • Active adults

Active adults who refuse to accept that their peak training days are behind them

  • Dizziness, balance and concussion

Anyone with dizziness or balance issues or concussion rehabilitation getting in the way of training or daily life, thanks to his vestibular rehabilitation experience

How He Gets Results

Dr. Andrew's approach is built to make progress you can measure on the bar, not just on a pain scale:

Dry needling to calm down irritated tissue and restore movement quickly.

Advanced manual therapy to open up the mobility you need to move well.

Functional loading that progressively rebuilds strength, so the tissue you recovered can actually handle the training you love.

Outside the Clinic

When he isn't treating patients or lifting, Dr. Andrew is hiking, backpacking, camping, snowboarding, or taking on whatever else the outdoors offers, with a little video game time mixed in.
